Supported living is to provide vulnerable people the opportunity to live independently in a home-like environment rather than in a residential care home. The purpose of the service is to offer tailored support, including help with daily tasks like managing finances or maintaining a home, enabling individuals to lead more fulfilling lives and achieve personal goals. The scope of this service will cover the following cohorts of Dudley residents. Primarily people aged 18-64 including people over 65. It will also include a range of disabilities. • Learning Disability & Autism • Mental Health • Physical Disability • Adults at Risk which may include forensic and crisis support.
