## Description
We have commissioned Hywel Dda University Health Board to support Carmarthenshire County Council to market Canolfan Pentre Awel specifically to the life sciences sector with a view to securing tenants in Canolfan to reach 90% occupancy by the end of Year 3 of operation to ensure that the overall
business case for the project is achieved.
