Coverage: 41 active published awards; 22 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
OHL major refurbishment works carried out at approx. 90km circuits lengths per year, which means a requirement for ground stabilization is required for the purpose of ensuring appropriate load bearing can be placed for heavy plant and equipment as well as reducing our impact on land damage and erosion.
The Hirer requires the use of aluminium and plastic temporary roadway to gain access to various sites within the Southern Electric Power Distribution (SEPD) area (and potentially other network areas). The Hirer intends to use the roadways to move vehicles, mobile plant and various lifting equipment to its more remote sites, to which there is no suitable heavy-duty access, all with the purpose of constructing, demolishing, maintaining or refurbishing the Hirer’s network assets.
