## Description
The BBC would welcome responses to this RFI in order to understand how you as an SI Partner for this implementation would help the BBC achieve a successful outcome and meet the project objectives. Responding to this briefing document will allow the BBC to: 
•	Build an understanding of how you would implement these products
•	Understand how you approach the following:
o	Planning & Governance
o	Project management
o	Analysis & Design
o	Build
o	Test
o	Service Design & Knowledge Transfer to all support teams (internal and external) involved in the process
o	Change management, training and comms Support
o	Post Go Live Support
