This request for expressions of interest is issued solely for the purpose of conducting market engagement and does not constitute any commitment by the Authority to undertake any procurement exercise in the future. This exercise includes no element of supplier evaluation. No parties will be prejudiced by any response or failure to respond to this by the deadline, there is no commitment of any kind involved on either side. The Specialist Floating Support service will: • Support adults with multiple disadvantages stemming from a combination of needs that would include mental ill-health, substance misuse, forensic background and behaviours of distress and who as a result find themselves at risk of becoming homeless or who are homeless. • Provide personalised and coordinated approach to the support of individuals. • Support individuals to achieve their outcomes and promote their independence. • Work with existing community groups part or outside the Open Mental Health Alliance and system partners such as Housing, Health, Adult Social Care and Probation services.
