SCDC are therefore establishing an Agency Staff Framework Contract (The Contract), comprising of a number of categories and it is envisaged that a number of Agencies will be appointed to each category. Agencies will be invited to bid via the Public Contract Regulations 2015 open tender procedure to create an compliant Framework contract.
