The scope of the works covers external and internal meter exchanges and new smart meter installations, for both household and non-household premises. Installation partners will be responsible for tactical planning, premises surveys, excavation, backfill and reinstatement, traffic management, meter and communication device installation and meter issue resolution as required as part of the installation requirements.
