The school was rated as Ofsted Good and was rebuilt on the same site, following a fire in September 2007. It formed part of the city’s Swanswell Regeneration Initiative in Hillfields. After 3 years of opening the Academy, Ofsted visited and the Academy achieved an Outstanding judgement. Following this in January 2014 the Sidney Stringer Multi Academy Trust was formed. This tender project is seeking to appoint an experienced supplier to provide high quality value for money uniforms for the Schools’ pupils coupled with delivering excellent customer service to parents and the Schools. We understand the concerns regarding costs for parents and carers and our absolute commitment is to provide uniforms that excel in both quality and affordability. The Schools welcomes providers that are able to deliver cost effective solutions. Uniforms are currently supplied by a combination of Clive Marks Schoolwear and Brigade Clothing Ltd. The current model is a combination of purchasing via a physical shop, online and direct from the school (in limited circumstances).
