Procedure rationaleBetsi Cadwaladr University Health Board are proposing the award of a contract extension at risk to BCU-OJEU-45288 for the Maintenance, Service and Testing of Community Equipment within Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, Flintshire County Council and Denbighshire County Council. This contract is due to expire 30/06/2025, however following advice from the NWSSP Legal and Risk Department, provision to further extend this agreement is to be utilised while an improved Specification and bespoke Terms and Conditions are reviewed. It is the Health Board's intent to extend this agreement in line with the current Specification and agreed contract pricing to ensure continuity across the effected area. This agreement is to run in line with the current contract term of 01/07/2025-30/06/2026.This 12 month period will allow NWSSP Procurement Services to work closely with the associated parties while review is undertaken by the relevant Legal and Risk colleagues.
