There were two requirements: 1. A development programme for new and prioritised senior leaders from all divisions and functional areas of the BBC, including staff from public service and commercial areas, based across the UK and throughout the world. The previous programme targeted at BBC Senior Leaders was predominantly internally designed and delivered. We are now seeking a trusted external partner to design and deliver this new blended learning solution. We intend to offer places to a minimum of 25 senior leaders per year. 2. The BBC also want to make sure that every senior leader (around 300 in total) has easy access to focused digital learning which is directly relevant to their role and responsibilities and the challenges they face.
