Coverage: 38 active published awards; 38 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

- Lot 1 · #1Individual lot title not publishedplannedPublished value£650,000In Wokingham our vision is that young people will leave care as resilient, self-sufficient, aspirational individuals, equipped with the skills to achieve long term successful independence. Currently there is difficulty finding suitable placements for our care leavers who require semi-independent accommodation. It is a struggle to find provision within the borough, that meets quality standards and that represents value for money. In order to breach this deficit, we are developing a new semi-independent living housing scheme within the borough of Wokingham which is due to open in the Summer of 2021. We are therefore seeking a provider to deliver 24/7 support at the service. There will be a Market Discovery workshop online on Wednesday 24th February from 10am – 11am.
