## Description
Design support services for the definition and development of outline designs for security across the TW estate in accordance with DEFRA's guidance notes (PSG) to achieve regulatory compliance, this will include SEMD projects and any other security upgrades undertaken by Thames Water or on behalf of Thames Water.
