The current EESSH 2 Framework Agreement, which applies only to Scotland, expires in November 2025. It currently covers:
- EPCs, EESSH Modelling, Feasibility, Funding and Energy Efficiency Consultancy
- On Gas Servicing
- Off Gas Servicing
- Heating Installations
- Renewables Installations
- Land and Environmental Surveys
- Metering and Billing
- Whole Property Retrofit
