A service matrix will be supplied at invitation to tender stage that identifies each service requirement at each site. For Lot 1, the current size of the estate is circa 300 operational sites. The property types include a variety of services i.e. Libraries, children centres and offices, all of which fall within the scope of the contract. For Lot 2, the current size of the estate is 10 sites for Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children properties.
