## Description
Continuation of SAP cloud-based enterprise software and services supporting Northern Gas Networks' core workforce management, training, analytics and operational data capabilities.
The requirement includes SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP SuccessFactors Learning, SAP Work Zone, SAP Analytics Cloud, identity access governance and associated cloud functionality. The services are provided on a Software-as-a-Service basis and include the continued availability, licensing and support of the systems in line with the contracted user volumes.
The services are integrated with Northern Gas Networks' wider SAP environment and support business-critical HR, workforce, training and analytics functions across the organisation.
The contract covers the period from 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2027.
Estimated contract value: £678,256.15 excluding VAT.
