The services to be delivered under contract are: • Refuge accommodation, women's only refuge, men's only refuge, specialist drug and alcohol refuge and a specialist multi-cultural/diversity refuge across 47 units of accommodation; bed spaces. • Therapeutic group work with adult survivors; • Therapeutic group work with children and young people including play therapy; • Counselling service; • Children's and Young people's outreach support including a CHIDVA (Children's IDVA); • Floating support/outreach, community based; • Information and Advice - Helpline; • Awareness raising training • Housing IDVAs; • Sanctuary Scheme; • No recourse to public funds • By and for service to supporting diverse communities including harmful practices and training.
