Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 59 active published awards; 23 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The National Physical Laboratory [NPL] requirement is for a high accuracy roundness measurement system with nanometre resolution for the calibration of hemispheres. The system should incorporate a rotary stage to allow for multi-orientation spindle/component error separation. Data should be able to be collected at user programable rotations and stored as an ASCII file. The work table diameter shall be approximately 300 mm in diameter and be able to accommodate parts of the order of 500 mm in height. The system should be programmable to allow automatic measurement sequences.
