This study will help secure the economic future of the river, including as businesses transition towards a low-carbon future, whilst also considering the wider cultural, leisure and residential offer that the river brings to the region. The study will be weighted so that the business / economic development element has primacy over other supporting themes. This study will lead to the production of a detailed set of evidence and a common narrative for the North Bank of the River Tyne.
