## Description
This notice is only an invitation to express interest to participate in a market engagement exercise for the River Thames Scheme. The Environment Agency and Surrey County Council, through a collaborative partnership, are issuing this PIN for the purpose of seeking organisations that wish to take part in a final round of market engagement prior to commencing the procurement process for the Construction Partner.<br/><br/>This round of market engagement shall provide an update on the procurement programme and the proposed commercial model and shall seek feedback on specific aspects such as tender timescales, contract clauses, incentivisation mechanism and risk allocation in order to finalise our procurement strategy.
