Falkirk Council wishes to establish a framework agreement for the provision of Timber Preservation and Dampness Remedial Works in Council Housing Properties which may be affected by dampness, condensation, rot and related damage.
Contractors will be expected to propose a programme of treatment, repair and renew the affected property.
