## Description
Flintshire County Council are seeking tenders for a Main Contractor to carry out the refurbishment of Theatr Clwyd which is an arts campus in Mold, Flintshire constructed in the 1970s. The project includes the complete strip-out and refurbishment of the existing buildings and the new build construction of a timber foyer extension and carpentry workshop. The Procurement is via an Open Tender for a Single Stage Traditional JCT (with Quants) contract. The tender will include Pass/Fail criteria for a minimum turnover of 66M GBP and evidence of experience of projects of a similar scale and building type.
