This project will create a new town centre neighbourhood, high‑quality public realm, and a new Civic Hub building. The appointed demolition contractor for Centre West is currently on site undertaking demolition and deconstruction activities. As part of their contract, they are responsible for segregating and storing materials on‑site for future repurposing into terrazzo tiles.
