This competitive process is a re-run of the MMPSA procurement published on 14th May 2026.

The reason for abandoning the initial exercise was due to Commissioners discovering an inconsistency in relation to the financial standing assessment methodology and have now corrected the issue.

The documentation remains as it was previously, with the exception of the following documents which have been updated:

o 2.2 – timeline with dates amended
