Coverage: 1203 active published awards; 1165 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Suppliers commencing any residential works under this Framework Agreement must have Build Offsite Property Assurance Scheme (BOPAS) accreditation. For works undertaken in Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, the equivalent requirements will apply. Bidders will deliver all the mandatory requirements as detailed in the Bidders Instructions and Guidance document. There are additional Selection Qualification (SQ), Award Questionnaire (AQ) requirements, and Bidder Declarations applicable, and Bidders are asked to respond to these also.
