Amplius currently delivers repairs and maintenance services through a combination of Tier 1 contracted partners and our in‐house Repairs and Maintenance team. These existing arrangements provide the foundation of our day‐to‐day service delivery. The potential contracts described in this PME are intended to support and complement those existing arrangements by providing additional capacity, specialist skills, and local multi‐trade support when issues require multiple visits, coordinated trades, or specialist diagnostic input. Amplius is seeking partners who can deliver these services reliably, safely and professionally, ensuring high‐quality technical standards and excellent customer care across all properties and communities within our operating regions.
