## Description
The purpose of the service is to provide accommodation, care, support and stimulation to those people who can no longer live in their own homes; to promote independence choice and control and well-being principal as set out in the Care Act 2014 . 	The services provided in care home accommodation should include a single room (unless Service Users wish to share), personal toilet facilities / en-suite, full board, Personal Care or nursing care, supervision on a 24-hour basis, and a regular, planned programme of daytime activities.
