## Description
NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit on behalf of of NHS England – Midlands (referred to as the commissioner) would like to notify the market of an opportunity to provide general dental services for patients in Hereford, this will include accepting patients across the Herefordshire County for which there are two lots; Lot 1 South Hereford and Lot 2 North Hereford, with an expectation to deliver 18,500 UDAs per lot. The service commencement date for both lots is 5th December 2023.<br/><br/>Please note the deadline for ITT submissions is 12:00PM on Friday 17th March 2023.<br/><br/>This procurement has been advertised in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) (the “Regulations”) to the extent that the Regulations relate to services within the scope of Schedule 3 thereto (Social and Other Specific Services). The Commissioner and AGCSU are, therefore, bound only by those parts of the Regulations applying to Schedule 3 services.
