The Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) developed a Police and Crime Plan 2017- 2021 whereby keeping Children and Young People safe being named one of the top three priorities adopted by this new proposed plan and investing in a better criminal justice service for London as one of their key commitments.
