## Description
The Service Providers will be based in South Africa and must be capable of deploying qualified personnel to multiple countries as required. The contractor is expected to respond with a confirmed plan to deal with the issue within a 48hr period following notification, with requirement to mobilize for site attendance within no more than 5 working days.
The contract will operate under a three-year, as-and-when-required framework agreement, with the option to extend subject to performance and operational requirements.
