## Description
Halton Borough Council and NHS Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care Board (ICB) are
pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for suitably qualified suppliers to deliver Children
and Young People’s Speech and Language Services in Halton.
The Council and ICB wish to commission an integrated service across universal, targeted and
specialist levels of provision that will meet the identified needs of all children, young people
and their families in Halton.
