For this contracts, Access Control assets include: • Powered Doors • Powered Gates • Powered Barriers • Powered Shutters • Salto Locks • Intercoms These assets require regular servicing and maintenance to ensure that they are kept safe, operational and are fit for purpose. In addition to servicing and maintenance the Contractor will be required to attend ad-hoc callouts when required to fault find as and when issues arise, and to deliver the necessary reactive repairs.
