Act 1974, Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER) 19989, Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) 1998 and the Manual Handling Operations Regulation 1992 as amended in 2002, applying to a wide range of activities that involve operation of mobile plant, lifting and access equipment and hand-held plant.
