In preparation for the procurement, preliminary market engagement is being conducted to seek feedback from prospective suppliers. The route to market has not been confirmed yet however due to the digital/technical nature of the requirement, it is likely that a Government Commercial Agency (GCA) framework will be used. Technology Services 4 (TS4) Framework Agreement RM6190 has been identified as a potential route to market. Should the procurement be run via TS4, matrix Lot 2.5 may be used, comprising: Lot 2 - Transition and Service Integration and Management (SIAM) and Lot 5 - Application and Data Management. The competitive selection process would therefore be restricted to Suppliers who are successful in their bids for the relevant Matrix Lots of GCA TS4.
