The Council have appointed a consultancy service who can provide support to the Homes and Neighbourhoods Team in the provision of a multi-disciplinary advisory service to undertake site appraisal, planning and design analysis and financial viability assessment for a portfolio of up to 16 development sites owned by Kirklees Council.
