## Description
Cumberland Council is seeking to appoint a Professional Services provider to support the existing Carlisle Southern Link Road client team by providing project management and commercial resources and specialist input and advice to team. Expected support will include some core staff anticipated to employed throughout the duration of the works and additional project and programme resources to backfill roles as and when required.
The Project specific objective of the Carlisle Southern Link Road is to safely execute an award-winning project that exceeds industry standards, and is delivered on time (or bettered), under the Target Cost, to exceptional ‘right first time’ quality standards, and with minimal change control / compensation events.
The Council is seeking to procure the support from June 2023 to September 2025.
This scope document provides the detail relating to the professional services staff which may be required. All staff provided will be seconded in to the Council’s delivery team and will be under the line management of Council staff in relation to all their activities on the project.
