The key objectives of the service are to provide suitable and sufficient fire risk assessments to include the risks from fire to which relevant persons are exposed, identifying the general fire precautions which the responsible person must take, and advising on the significant findings in relation to the requirements imposed by The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 ('RRO') and The Fire Safety Act 2021. In addition, it will advise on general fire precautions that ensure, as far as reasonably practicable, the safety of all relevant persons, and that the premises are safe from fire and meet the requirements of the RRO. The Contract is anticipated to commence in October 2024 and the programme will be delivered over a 12-month period.
