Build & deliver capital projects with quality and value through the life of the Estates Strategy b. Promote social value and achieve excellence in safety, site operations and campus facilities The Strategic Delivery Partner will support the Soft Landings process and activities in relation to the delivery of the Capital Projects Programme, with any new built or refurbished facility conceived, designed, built, and handed over to its FM services function with the needs of users and operators at the heart of the process from the outset, with the management of the asset considered throughout its life cycle (including the design development and build stages). To this end, the Strategic Delivery Partner will provide a range of professional services aimed at improving the outcomes of the capital programme.
