The PPE Partner(s) will not only act as engineering lead, but as integrator and supply chain expert to ensure engineering solutions are aligned to building constraints and stakeholder requirements, including cost and schedule. They will be a strategic partner accountable for the system design and engineering solution to meet business need. The scope has been segmented into two distinct activities: • Lot 1 (est. value £750m) will appoint PPE Partner to lead the delivery of PP&E in our conventional and explosives but non nuclear facilities. • Lots 2 & 3 (est. value £600m) will appoint 1 to 2 PP&E Partner(s) to lead the complex engineering commissioning in our Fissile facilities.
