The proposed contract duration will be an initial duration of 3 years with further options to extend for 1 year + 1 year, equating to a maximum contract duration of 5 years. The ICB has an expected envelope of £2,070, 944 per year (3 year £6,212,832) This will be a cost and volume contract therefore will be subject to activity delivered.
