## Description
This Prior Information Notice is being utilised as an opportunity for the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) to alert the market to an upcoming requirement to purchase or lease HEPA Air Purification machines that can be utilised in office spaces across our Estate to increase ventilation. The VOA would also like to take this opportunity to ask the market some short questions (below) to help refine our final requirement.
