The purpose of this prior information notice and the Potential Supplier Briefing Pack is to provide strategic context, an overview of the Council’s current position with regards to its wider exciting and ambitious commissioning programme and outline the specific scope of this opportunity being commissioned through the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Building Cleaning Services RM6130 DPS Agreement. The proposed contract duration will be 3 years with an option to extend for a further 12 months up to maximum 36 months (3+1+1+1). The Council would like to ensure local SME’s and other businesses are given the opportunity to tender.
