## Description
This Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) is being published by Business Services Organisation (BSO) Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) on behalf of BSO Information Technology Services (ITS) and Health and Social Care Northern Ireland (HSCNI).
The purpose of this engagement is to better understand the range of products, services, technologies, operating models and delivery approaches available in the market to support the retention, management and continued access of historical information held within legacy clinical, care and business systems.
To this end, this market view will be obtained through the completion of a questionnaire.
