## Description
Pre-Procurement Market Engagement - The Elms is a 44 bed hostel and a 24/7 night shelter, the accommodation provides a combination of a night shelter and direct access hostel accommodation for single homeless individuals. This Dacorum Borough Council asset is under current management contract, which is expiring and therefore going out for re-tender. The Council are seeking views and feedback from interested parties and providers from similar services to shape and develop the tender specification. For further information and our questionnaire please download the document available on the Supply Hertfordshire Portal at www.supplyhertfordshire.uk  and upload your replies to the portal by 12 noon on 31 August 2023.
