The formal invitation was to submit a fixed price to deliver the service. The Contract will commence on the date indicated in the award correspondence and will continue from that date until 30th September 2025 (“the Term”) at which date the agreement will automatically terminate unless the Council exercises its option to extend for 1 year, plus 1 year, plus 1 year.
