The scope of the potential procurement is to cover the full suite of design, construction and associated related services to deliver an exciting Office Space for Accent employees and key stakeholders to work from in Bradford. We are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors who specialise in the design and fitout of Office Spaces by developing our new interior space to support more sustainable and efficient ways of working. The Successful Contractor is expected to deliver all aspects of the works and services ideally by December 2023. The office space is expected to be fully functional and complete, and ready to relocate Accent employees by January February 2024 subject to agreement. Accent has a budget of up to 330,000 inclusive of VAT to deliver against this project. The budget is to include all design and build elements including the fitout, M&E elements and office furniture. For the avoidance of doubt, the provision of technical IT equipment is not included within that budget but the provision of network cabling, monitor arms and cable management systems integrated with the desks is.
