The Council is interested in the market’s views at this early stage so that the next parking services contract is fully aligned to the authorities’ wider strategic aims, delivers value for money, efficiencies and promotes the latest innovation and technology in the sector. The new service provider will be required to deliver a singular solution, incorporating the enforcement, Notice processing systems/functions and Technology over a 5-10 year contract period. Whist we are forming our preferred delivery structure of the new contract; we are open to discuss these options with the sector to ensure the various partner or supply chain options are explored.
