The current provider is ceasing their involvement with the current arrangement and as such we will be using the Procurement in an Emergency Guidance to expedite identification of a new provider under the provision of a call for competition using a standard procedure with accelerated timescales. Further procurement processes information will follow. The current arrangement involves an Adult Social Care Contract which is linked to a lease on the land and buildings which are owned by KCC.
