Commissioners do not have a defined blueprint about how the service or services\nshould be configured and delivered – we are keen to hear from the market.\nPlease note that this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is not a call for competition at this stage.\nHowever, we would like to hear your ideas, particularly about how you might be involved in\nhelping us to deliver our mandatory Public Health responsibilities, in flexible, responsive,\ncost-effective ways."
