## Description
Norfolk County Council (NCC) has appointed suppliers to its Norfolk Assistance Scheme framework agreement. NCC introduced a Local Assistance Scheme in April 2013 in response to the abolition of part of the Discretionary Social Fund scheme administered by the DWP.
