In order to deliver the Health Visitor Vaccination Pathfinder Project, the MSPs MUST hold a current and valid commissioned Health Visitor Service Contract with the Local Authority within the designated lots/localities for which they are expressing an interest in. All potential providers who do not meet this requirement will immediately FAIL the MSP process assessment and will be excluded from any further assessment. MSP's have been identified under the PSR 2023, MSP process for the provision of Health Visitor Vaccination Pathfinder Project to enhance Routine Childhood Immunisation uptake for 0-5 years and the MSP's will be required to accept the terms and conditions and be compliant with the requirements of the NHS Standard Contract 2025_26 (or any edition or any subsequent revisions). The MSP process allows for Expression of Interest (EOI) from other suitable and qualified providers as part of this process, and it should be noted that the result of this may be to terminate the MSP process and undertake a competitive process following assessment of other interested provider(s) should more than the MSPs be identified as capable provider(s).
